NEW YORK (WCBS 880) — President Donald J. Trump refused to concede the 2020 presidential election after Joe Biden was projected the winner, peddling voter fraud conspiracies. Meantime, Pfizer announced their COVID-19 vaccine is 90 percent effective and could be ready by the end of the year while cases and hospitalizations surge in all 50 states.
